Healing Touch therapies Terms & Conditions

Please note that by booking an appointment with Healing Touch Therapies you are agreeing to my Terms & Conditions. You also agree to attend the appointment you have booked.
In the event that incorrect information is provided, Healing Touch Therapies may not be held responsible for loss of correspondence. If there is an error, or you need to update your contact details, please email

A £10.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, payable by bank transfer only. Cash deposits will only be taken if the appointment is made in person.
This will be deducted from your treatment price. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Balance payment for your treatment is to be made immediately after treatment by bank transfer or cash only. Cheques are not accepted.
In the event of cancellation with over 48 hours notice given, you will be refunded your £10.00 deposit, less any costs incurred (e.g. admin costs). If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, or you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. The reason for this is that there is little chance I will be able to re-book cancelled appointments and I may have turned other bookings down. I also have costs to cover such as room hire charges.
To reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 72 hours notice to move the deposit with the booking.
If you need to cancel your appointment at short notice because of Covid-19 related symptoms, the deposit will be transferred to a rescheduled booking.
If you are running late, please contact me ASAP to let me know your expected arrival time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show and you will forfeit your deposit.
Healing Touch Therapies provide massage therapies in a variety of forms, but none of these therapy modalities are a substitute for professional medical care or counselling. All new clients are required to complete a confidential consultation form prior to treatment.
The client has a duty to provide accurate and true medical and personal information, to the best of their knowledge, and to keep Healing Touch Therapies up to date with details of any medication, symptoms, medical concerns or treatments they are having investigated or undergoing treatment for.
Healing Touch Therapies may refuse to treat any client or part of their body with just and reasonable cause. Healing Touch Therapies reserves the right to terminate any appointment at any time if they believe that it is not safe or in the client’s best interest to continue. Likewise, the client has the right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment at any time, regardless of prior consent given.
