A deep massage using techniques to release tight layers of muscle & helping to restore movement.
It is especially good for relieving a stiff upper back & neck, sore shoulders and tight leg muscles, as well as stress related muscle tension.

Indian Head Massage

Thai Foot Massage
Thai Foot Massage originated in Thailand around 2,000 years ago; all parts of the foot and lower leg are included and the massage involves hands-on stretching and massage, stimulating reflex points and following the Thai energy lines – Sen.
During a Thai foot massage treatment, the legs are gently manipulated to open up the hip joint and then the therapist uses their thumb or knuckle to gently open up and stimulate the reflexes, energy pathways and circulation on both the feet & the hands.

The first part of the treatment focuses on relaxing your mind, with a mixture of meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness & visualisation techniques – whichever works best for you.
The second part is any 30 minute massage treatment of your choice to relieve any built up stress & tension that may be held in the body. Afterwards, you will feel totally relaxed, de-stressed and revitalized.
I only use relaxation techniques that I practice myself, so I know they work and are beneficial.
I also produce relevant handouts, so you can practice yourself at home.
