I am pleased to announce I am now offering accredited Holistic Therapy training.
Courses on offer include:
Body Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Holistic Facial Massage and Indian Head Massage.
All training is with me at The Senhouse Centre, Whitehaven, with flexible training dates.

Wednesday, 4.00pm – 5.15pm
Yoga Nidra translates as 'yogic sleep' or the 'sleep of yoga'.
Yoga Nidra is a form of relaxation, meditation and visualisation.
It is a powerful practice to relax and restore you physically, emotionally & mentally.
